Something Creepy and Some Awesomeness

So apparently these guys are waiting for a friend to hatch....

Who painted this?!

And oh yeah! Show me the way to go home. Point me in the right direction. Which way to San Jose? And so forth.

I wish this had more glasses. But I really love the paint job on this thing!

Crystals and such a beautiful spoon!

Isn't that a great pattern on the spoon? I love the flowers. I do some work with clay and am always in need of new pattern making materials.

The necklaces need a little work. The crystal needs a new clasp. The old one seems to have been banged out of shape. It won't open!

The sun is an amazing piece. Stone, I'll figure out what kind later, and the connector beads are made of the same stuff. The metal hooks are a bit loose. I have to tighten them up before I wear it.

It's cold. It's time to bring a little sun to my wardrobe.

Orange-Red Moon and Stars

Moon and Stars!! I adore the moon and stars pattern. I have some in amber, and a little bit in blue. But this red-orange is fantastic!

And to complete the theme, can you believe I found star earrings?

I have been more than happy with my recent thrifting. I haven't found the most stuff, but I've tried to keep it to things that I really love and things that I'm really interested in.

Or gifts. Or things that are really cute. Or stuff I just have to have...

Point is, I'm trying!

Centurions!

Friends! Romans! Coasters! hehehe...

And I got a pie plate and a box and some earrings.....

The cool wall plaque I think I'll keep. I am giving the bottles to a friend who is experimenting with making her own sauces.

Boda Candleholder and Other Pretties

Look! Another candlestick! I will get the project off the ground eventually. I promise...

A Kosta Boda snowball candleholder was a good score. I wish I had known that some people find them collectible long before this. I have seen and passed over many. I was not thinking about resale before!

And who doesn't love vintage lockets?

And look at this! It's real preserved rose petals. So awesome! I may have paid really good money for something like this for a gift last month...and am now really regretting it...
