Shortbread


I made shortbread for New Years!


They are tasty, crumbly, and buttery!

1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup olive oil

For the Lemon:
Use Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

For the Blood Orange:
Use Blood Orange Olive Oil
+2 tbsp cocoa powder
+2 tbsp oil to counter the extra dryness
