Does anyone remember TaeBo?
Ya know, this guy?
I remember this from high school. The gym teachers thought it was hip to have a couple taebo units in class. I remember I thought it was fun and kinda silly. I remember I fell down trying to do a side kick and we laughed about it.
So when I saw these tapes, I thought, what the heck? It's only two dollars....
I sure remembered falling down. And it is fun. But Oh. My. Gods. The paaaain! My husband laughed at me. Then he tried to do it. And I laughed.
Good times.
